Savvy charges a 5% commission on confirmed bookings generated through the platform. Commissions are billed after checkout, based on the commissionable booking amount, and can be reviewed in your dashboard.

Commissions and Invoices Dashboard

The Commissions dashboard gives hosts a clear view of reservation activity, estimated commissions and invoice status for each billing month. Select a month at the top of the dashboard to update the summary and reservation list for that billing period.

Use the monthly selector to choose a billing period. Select Download Statement for a monthly statement or Export CSV for reservation details and billing statuses.

Commission Activity Statuses

• Accruing: Reservations expected to be included in the upcoming invoice.
• Pending: Reservations included while our team is processing the selected month’s invoice, before it is finalized.
• Paid: Reservations included in an invoice that has been paid.
• Voided: Reservations excluded or voided for the selected month.
• Adjusted: Reservations whose commission was adjusted for the selected month.
