The Book-Direct Model

Savvy helps travelers discover and book your properties while your business remains the merchant of record and owns the guest relationship.

For Hospitable-connected properties, travelers complete Hospitable’s checkout flow directly on Savvy. Savvy displays the Hospitable checkout page in an embedded iframe, so the booking follows Hospitable’s booking flow and your booking rules.

What Happens When a Traveler Books

  1. The traveler finds your Hospitable-connected property on Savvy and proceeds to checkout.
  2. Savvy displays the Hospitable checkout page in an embedded iframe. The traveler remains on Savvy while completing Hospitable’s checkout flow.
  3. The booking follows Hospitable’s booking flow and your configured booking rules.
  4. Once the reservation is processed, the traveler is prompted to complete Hospitable’s traveler verification.
  5. Your team manages the reservation and guest communication through your normal Hospitable workflow.
