The Book-Direct Referral Model

Lodgify does not currently support Savvy’s booking integration. Savvy displays your supported listing content, rates and availability, but checkout takes place on your own website.

Savvy Does Your Team Does
Displays supported listing content, rates and availability received from Lodgify Keeps listing data, rates and availability current in Lodgify
Stores the listing-specific Book Direct URL received during onboarding Maintains a working booking page for every listing
Redirects the traveler to your website when they are ready to book Owns checkout, payment, confirmations and traveler service
May send referral traffic that appears in your analytics Tracks website bookings and referral performance using your own tools

The traveler does not complete checkout on Savvy. Savvy does not collect or send reservation or payment details to Lodgify for these bookings.

What Happens When a Traveler Books

  1. The traveler reviews the listing, rates and availability on Savvy.
  2. The traveler selects the option to book.
  3. Savvy redirects the traveler to that listing’s Book Direct URL on your website.
  4. The traveler completes checkout through your normal website booking process.
  5. The reservation is processed like any other direct booking made on your website.

The host will not receive a distinct “Savvy booking” in Lodgify. Depending on your configuration, you may see Savvy identified as a referral source in Lodgify or in Google Analytics.
