Savvy does not process payments, hold guest funds or remit payouts. Savvy securely sends the traveler’s payment information to Track, where your connected payment processor handles the transaction.

The traveler selects dates, enters their contact and reservation details, reviews your rates and policies, and provides payment information.
Savvy securely transmits the following information to Track:
The reservation enters Track and follows the reservation type, payment rules and automations configured for the Savvy channel.
Track sends the transaction through the payment processor connected to your account. Funds follow your normal direct-booking payment workflow and are paid directly to your business - not to Savvy.
Savvy sends a general message confirming that the booking was submitted. Your team must send the final booking confirmation, rental agreement, payment receipt, check-in details and other stay communications through Track.
