Connect Savvy through Guesty’s Distribution page. Only active, listed single-unit and multi-unit properties can be connected - each listing must have at least 5 images.

1. Open the Savvy connection

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the side navigation, select Marketing and Sales → Channel Management → Distribution
3. Find the Savvy thumbnail and click Connect, then click Connect to Savvy.
4. Click Continue to connect your properties.

2. Set the cancellation terms

Choose a cancellation policy and, if relevant, a cancellation fee from the dropdown menus, then click Next. You can change the cancellation policy later.

3. Choose listings

Choose All my current listings or Specific listings. For specific listings, click Select listings to connect, select the listings, then click Done.

Only single-unit and multi-unit listings can be connected. Unlisted or inactive listings won’t be published.

4. Finish connecting

Click Done. Guesty will confirm that the listings are pending connection with Savvy. Click Continue to dashboard.

Connect More Listings Later

On the Savvy integration page in Guesty, click Connect listings in the top-right corner and follow the same steps.
