Three settings are required for rates and availability: add Savvy to the correct Rate Type, disable All Units Available and activate the desired units.

1. Create the Savvy channel

1. Navigate to Configuration → Distribution Channels under Property Management.
2. Select Create Channel.
3. Choose Savvy (bnbfinder) and submit.
4. Complete the channel settings and save.

If you use Track Distribution Engine, select Savvy (bnbfinder) from the partner list. Track will prefill most fields.

2. Disable “All Units Available”

Open the Savvy channel configuration and deselect All Units Available in API Settings.

Do not use this option for the Savvy channel. It can override manually managed distribution and rate settings.

3. Activate Units

TrackDistribution Bulk Operations

1. Open TrackDistribution → Bulk Operations.
2. Select the desired units with filters or conditions.
3. Open Actions.
4. Under Additional Channels Action Group, select Savvy.
5. Select Change Status → Continue.
6. Choose Active, then continue.
7. Resolve any unit-level activation errors and retry.

Without TrackDistribution, open each Unit Profile → Channels tab and activate Savvy individually.
