Before You Begin

• Have your listings set up in Hospitable.
• Be ready to log in to the Hospitable account you want to connect to Savvy.

The onboarding flow includes five stages: Join → Import → Standards → Subscribe → Review.

1. Join

Create Your Host Account, then enter your contact information, business details, business address and property count.

2. Import

No advance configuration is required in Hospitable. Start the connection from Savvy during account creation. You do not need to create or enable the Savvy channel in Hospitable beforehand.

Select Hospitable as your property management software in the Import step, then connect your account to import your listings.

1. Select Hospitable and follow the connection prompt in Savvy.
2. You will be redirected to Hospitable. Log in to the Hospitable account you want to connect.
3. Grant Savvy permission to access that account.
4. Once permission is granted, Savvy connects to Hospitable and your listings begin importing.

The connection also enables the Savvy channel connection in Hospitable automatically.

Start on Savvy, not in Hospitable. The Savvy channel connection appears in Hospitable only after you authorize access through Savvy. Unlike integrations that require you to configure a channel or copy credentials in advance, Hospitable connects through its login and permission flow.

3. Host Quality Standards

Review and accept Savvy’s Host Quality Standards, including listing accuracy, honoring the booked rate, consistent cancellation policies and professional guest service.
