The onboarding flow includes five stages: Join → Import → Standards → Subscribe → Review.

1. Join

Create Your Host Account, then enter your contact information, business details, business address, property count and PMS.

2. Import

Select Streamline and enter the Token Key and Token Secret Key generated in Streamline. Savvy will import supported listing content, rates and availability.

If units, rates or availability are missing, confirm that the units were selected for the Savvy channel and that you clicked Update Settings in Streamline.

3. Host Quality Standards

Review and accept Savvy’s Host Quality Standards, including listing accuracy, honoring the booked rate, consistent cancellation policies and professional guest service.

4. Subscribe

Choose a subscription level and add a valid credit card.

• Standard is free
• Boost subscriptions are optional visibility upgrades
• A 5% commission applies to bookings made through Savvy on all plans
• Billing information is required to publish listings
