Before Publishing

1. Confirm every listing has the correct Book Direct URL.
2. Test each URL from a private browser window.
3. Confirm the correct property and dates can be selected.
4. Verify checkout, payment, confirmation emails and traveler communications.

Managing Reservations

Savvy does not manage Barefoot reservations, confirmations, payments, changes or cancellations. Your team owns the complete traveler experience after the traveler leaves Savvy.

Savvy performs an initial fraud screening that may include phone-number verification, risk assessment and ID verification for bookings identified as high risk. These safeguards reduce risk but will not catch every fraudulent booking. Hosts should continue using their own fraud-prevention and traveler-verification processes whenever possible. Savvy may email you when a booking appears suspicious, but an alert is not guaranteed. Savvy does not cancel reservations on behalf of hosts.

Add or Correct a Book Direct URL

1. Open the property’s booking page on your website and copy its URL.
2. Go to Manage Your Properties.
3. Select Update Listing for the property.
4. Paste the URL into Book Direct URL.
5. Save and publish.
