A Savvy reservation is a direct booking. Once it reaches Hospitable, manage it through your normal direct-booking workflow.

Savvy performs an initial fraud screening that may include phone-number verification, risk assessment and ID verification for bookings identified as high risk. These safeguards reduce risk but will not catch every fraudulent booking. Hosts should continue using their own fraud-prevention and traveler-verification processes whenever possible. Savvy may email you when a booking appears suspicious, but an alert is not guaranteed. Savvy does not cancel reservations on behalf of hosts.
