Listings, Rates or Availability Are Missing

Check these items in order:

  1. The Savvy channel or connection is enabled in OwnerRez.
  2. The affected listings are selected for distribution.
  3. The credentials entered in Savvy are current and correct.
  4. Required listing details, rates and availability are complete in OwnerRez.
  5. There are no unresolved channel, mapping or activation errors.

Resolve missing data or configuration errors, then allow the integration to retry. If the issue continues, ask OwnerRez Support to confirm the channel configuration before contacting Savvy Support.

Supported and Manual Content

Supported listing content, rates and availability import from OwnerRez. Add unsupported content manually through Manage Your Properties; it will not sync from OwnerRez.

Commission Reminders

Savvy charges a 5% commission on completed Savvy bookings. Commissions are calculated on rent and applicable host fees, excluding taxes and government-mandated charges, and billed based on checkout date.
