Listings, Rates or Availability Are Missing

Check these items in order:

  1. Savvy is active as a Barefoot partner.
  2. The affected listing is selected for distribution.
  3. Attribute Mapping is complete.
  4. Required content is present, including address, bedrooms, bathrooms, capacity and at least five photos.
  5. The Book Direct URL is present and opens the correct checkout page.

Resolve missing data or configuration errors, then allow the integration to retry. If the issue continues, ask Barefoot Support to confirm the channel configuration before contacting Savvy Support.

Supported and Manual Content

Supported listing content, rates and availability import from Barefoot. Add unsupported content manually through Manage Your Properties; it will not sync from Barefoot.

Commission Reminders

Savvy charges a 5% commission on completed Savvy bookings. Commissions are calculated on rent and applicable host fees, excluding taxes and government-mandated charges, and billed based on checkout date.
