Complete Host Verification
Savvy uses Persona to verify identity and business information.
- Go to Manage Your Properties.
- Find the verification banner and select Start Verification.
- Complete Identity Verification with a valid government-issued ID.
- Complete Business Verification. You may need an EIN, business-registration records or proof of your relationship to the business.
Most verifications are instant, but some require manual review. An account may be placed On Hold if verification is incomplete.
Host Verification

Host verification and traveler verification are separate. These steps verify your host account with Savvy. Hospitable’s traveler verification is part of the traveler’s booking flow after the reservation is processed.

Items to Review Before Publishing
- [ ] Rates match your direct-booking website
- [ ] Availability is current
- [ ] Required listing content imported
- [ ] At least five photos appear on every listing
- [ ] Amenities and cancellation policies are accurate
- [ ] Hospitable’s embedded checkout and payment settings work as expected
- [ ] Booking rules and traveler verification requirements are configured in Hospitable
- [ ] Guest confirmations and stay instructions are ready
- [ ] Host profile is complete
