Start here when units, rates, availability or listings are missing from Savvy.

Listing Did Not Import

Confirm that the listing:

• Is enabled for the Savvy channel
• Includes the required address and property details
• Has bedroom, bathroom and guest-capacity values
• Has sufficient photos and complete listing content
• Has no unresolved activation or channel errors in Streamline

Resolve missing data or channel errors, then allow the integration to retry the import.

Supported and Manual Content

Supported static content, rates and availability are imported from Streamline. Unsupported content can be added manually through Manage Your Properties, but it will not sync from Streamline.

Commission Reminders

Savvy charges a 5% commission on completed Savvy bookings. Commissions are calculated on rent and applicable host fees, excluding taxes and government-mandated charges, and billed based on checkout date.
